Always excellent quality and friendly staff

If you are lucky you will catch a friendly service. Snack tastes great. Meat of great quality. It would be nice if the wait staff spoke German among each other, sometimes you don't feel welcome. All in all, the Leberkas tears it out ;‐)

Unfortunately, one star is too much! Operation extremely unfriendly and unsanitary. Do not use gloves and touch the goods with your bare hand, then they take the money and serve the cash register, incredible. Rough in tone, bored and from above, xenophobia when the waitress notices that you are not German. Just ignore and serve the German men earlier. The Leberkas is extremely spicy and the Viennese are better in the discounter, that was my last visit!

The sellers are friendly and special requests at short notice are also gladly fulfilled. The lunch table is great in taste. The ladies pay great attention to hand hygiene. When I was served, the lady washed her hands 3 times (that's more important than usual). I always felt that I was in good hands.

The seller does not wear gloves or wash her hands, each slice of sausage has reached her bare fingers.

Large portion, great taste.

Today was the third and last time in the butcher's shop, because the ladies from the sales department have found out that we have a different origin. We will not support such outdated xenophobic behavior. We value the quality of the products and we expect normal dealings between the seller and the customer. This behavior is really unfortunate because we are all one (human) and pay like everyone else.

Unfriendly wait staff no hackepeter or hack mett on offer sausage counter and meat counter confusing no card payment possible therefore no taste test possible

Friendly, down to earth and very tasty! Highly recommended!
